The missing AddOn for the OTRS Change Manager! Display dynamic fields that are customized according to the kind of Work Order and prevent the system from changing your Work Order reports when the change are completed!
The Better Work Orders implements interesting features for the OTRS Change Manager:
- Provide Dynamic Fields Specific to each kind of Service Order;
- Create Fields categories and create a fill sections in the OS;
- Have a more complete process by blocking the editing of reports once OS or Change has been closed.
With these features, the change manager can create more flexible and intelligent change templates.
Dynamic fields can be used as a shortcut in the conditions menu, allowing for more dynamic control of the change.
