With Complemento Dashboards you can visually organize the tickets that will reach your deadlines, expired tickets, tickets by priority, by customers, attendants, and many other configurable filters.
To make easier to read, OTRS Complemento Dashboards are interactive, allowing to define which graphics are best suited to display each type of data, making the work more efficient and accurate.
The graph types enabled are Bar, Pizza, Pizza Drill down, Ticket by Owner, Line Graph and Radar charts so you can track, interact, and access your Service Desk information in real time directly on OTRS.
