Process Exporter
When working with the OTRS Process Management module, following good practices, it is known that it is necessary to first structure the service desk and its processes in a type-approval environment, to then export it to a production server.
These processes typically need to gather information beyond those that come by default in OTRS, and for this, new dynamic fields, states, types, among others, are created. However, in the standard export of the OTRS of these processes to another server, all this data is lost, having the tool administrator reconfiguring them from zero in the new environment.
The Process Exporter AddOn is intended to export OTRS processes, maintaining information already added, decreasing the work of the service desk users while transferring processes from one server to another.
