SMS Notify

SMSs are objective and immediate messages, and according to surveys, they are read in up to three minutes after receiving.

Considering this, the AddOn SMS Notify aims to bring more agility in the interactions and responses in tickets to OTRS, with the creation of tickets and configuring them to send an SMS in specific states according to their needs.

The recipients of the messages are parameterized in the specific field manually or can be designated by using tags.
