The version 4.0.1 of Complemento's OTRS and Mediawiki Integration comes with the following updates:

Wiki Page Iframe Loader

The loading of the Wiki content of AgentTicketZoom is not more happening during the OTRS content load. In order to reduce the loading time of AgentTicketZoom screen, the Wiki content is loaded as HTML tag Iframe and there is a cache of this content in OTRS, reducing also the traffic between both systems (OTRS and Mediawiki)

Main Widget Fallback exibition

It's possible to tell OTRS Mediawiki integration to show in the main widget the content of a page set in a DynamicField. If this field is not set in that ticket, then you can determine a fallback to other page, for exemple, of the Customer Company, or to the page of a Service:

New Parameters Organization

The AddOn parameters are now organized on Core, Right widget, Main Widget and other advanced options:

Optional Wiki shortcuts sidebar

Now, it's possible to enable/disable the right sidebar of wiki shortcuts.
