OTRS: Script to Add new Services with ITSM arguments though bash

Use this script to add new service via bash:

./otrs.AddService2.pl -n "Name of The Service" -p "Service Parent 1::2nd Level Service" -c "Comments Here" -t "Service Type ID (based on General Catalog ID)" -a "Service Criticality ID (Based on General Catalog ID)"

Download the script Here

Rename it to otrs.AddService2.pl, make it excutable e run it.
